How do I pay for my digital files?
Use Paypal, or now you can use your credit card without using Paypal. I now have bank processing.
For Bank Processing: At your shopping cart click Proceed to Checkout, not Paypal. After filling in your information, you will have a choice of Paypal or credit card, choose credit card, then follow the instructions. All transactions are completed by SSL secure connections, & only the bank has your credit card information.
For Paypal Processing: And of course, those that prefer Paypal can still select Paypal. You can use your PayPal balance, or a Visa/MasterCard/AmericanExpress/Discover card.
How do I get my digital files?
After purchase you will get an emailed Order Confirmation, you can click the blue file link that displays your download files. Or log into your Account, on the Orders page click the grey Order # itself, then on the Order Contents page click the red arrow on the design to download. Each file is limited to 3 times downloaded.
How do I save my digital files?
You must be able to unzip the files & save to your computer before using. There are free unzip utilities available from the internet (like 7zip). Once your files are saved to your computer, use your usual way of importing the files into your machine (dongle, memory stick, Magic Box, etc.).
What Machine Formats are available?
YES - I Have Bernina software for all your machines!
The zip files will include ART DST EXP HUS JEF PES XXX formats. VIP & VP3 are included on my newer designs too. For custom designs, please tell me the format you need.
Need a different format such as VP3? I recommend you download FREE software, with it you can convert + do some basic editing. Here is the page to find it: http://oesd-artsizer.software.informer.com/. I am not affiliated with OESD in any way.
Do you have larger sizes?
Yes! Just email me & let me know what size hoop you are using, I will gladly edit the file for you.

Do you make patches to send in the mail?
No, as much as I enjoy stitching embroidery, I am far too busy digitizing designs.
What do you use for the sparkle or glitter like on Ariel's tail & Minnie's bow? I use a wonderful sparkle vinyl for the pink part, you can't iron it but it stitches beautifully, & washes & dries well (inside out). It's as smooth as butter, cuts easily, & has a fabric-type back - but it's thin. I can't wait to try the sparkle aqua on another Ariel! Here's some other colors I have...
