You will receive both sizes, please note the difference in the applique layers. This Elmo face in a birthday party hat applique embroidery design has 5 applique layers for the Large size, 4.25" wide x 5.3" high (1st picture). The small Elmo applique design has 2 applique layers + fill stitches, 3.9" high (2nd picture).
